As a leader for the C.R.E.A.T.E program, I am the eyes and ears of the project, overseeing the achievements and challenges we encounter. The biggest challenge has been to keep all the present students engaged in the program while implementing the value of service. To combat these difficulties, we begin every session with a game activity and small reflection. This solution has definitely kept everyone focused and enjoying the process. Moreover, as a community, we have cultivated the significance of trust and friendship building. Our approach of working as a team has had a positive reaction from the school and cleared the path for future partnerships.
